Under My Roof Care Home Incorporated is a nonprofit community and human services organization committed to strengthening individuals, youth, and families facing barriers to stability and independence.
We provide compassionate, family-centered support that meets people where they are. Through advocacy, resource navigation, family and peer support, re-entry services, independent living support, and community-based assistance, we help individuals build stronger foundations for their future.
Our commitment does not end when a referral closes or a program ends. We believe meaningful support is built through trust, consistency, dignity, respect, and relationships.

WHO WE SERVE
Under My Roof Care Home Incorporated serves individuals, youth, and families who may need additional support navigating life transitions, community systems, and barriers to stability.
Our services are designed to support:
• At-risk and system-involved youth
• Youth transitioning from foster care toward independence
• Individuals and families experiencing housing instability
• Individuals returning to the community after incarceration
• Families navigating behavioral health, substance-use, or other complex needs
• Parents and caregivers seeking advocacy, resources, and support
• Underserved individuals and families who may have difficulty accessing traditional services
• Individuals seeking greater independence, stability, and connection to their community

HOW WE HELP
Our approach combines professional experience, lived experience, and community connection to provide support that is practical, compassionate, and individualized.
Family & Peer Support
Guidance, encouragement, advocacy, and connection for individuals and families navigating difficult circumstances.
Youth & Independent Living Support
Life-skills development, stability planning, resource connection, and support for youth preparing for greater independence.
Re-Entry & Community Reintegration
Support for individuals returning to the community, including resource navigation, employment support, housing navigation, and connection to community services.
Housing & Resource Navigation
Assistance identifying community resources and pathways toward safe, stable housing and greater self-sufficiency.
Advocacy & Community Support
Helping individuals and families understand systems, identify options, communicate their needs, and build stronger connections within their communities.
We don’t simply hand someone a list of resources and send them on their way. We walk beside them.
