Under My Roof is a family-centered organization built on compassion, dignity, respect, and real-life experience. We believe support should feel personal, consistent, and connected — like coming home.
Our Family, Community & Youth Support Program provides individualized support for youth ages 13-18 , and their families navigating life transitions, school and community systems, housing needs, re-entry, and other challenges. Through family support and peer connection, we help individuals build confidence, stability, independence, and stronger connections to their communities.

Youth Peer Support Specialist
Paris and London bring lived experience, compassion, and a relatable peer perspective to their work with young people. Having grown up in communities impacted by economic hardship, community violence, and the loss of their father to gun violence, they understand that challenges facing youth and families extend far beyond what can be seen on the surface. Their experiences help them connect with young people from a place of understanding, respect, and authenticity. As Youth Peer Support Specialists, they help youth feel heard, supported, and encouraged while building confidence, strengthening life skills, and navigating everyday challenges.

School and community resource navigation
Support with goal setting and decision-making
Re-entry and system-navigation support

A safe, nonjudgmental space for youth to be heard
Refferals & Getting Started
Youth may be referred by parents or guardians, schools, courts and justice-system partners, social service agencies, community organizations, re-entry programs, and other community partners. Families may also contact Under My Roof directly to discuss support needs and determine appropriate next steps.
Through our nonprofit, Under My Roof Care Home Incorporated, and our for-profit company, Under My Roof Living Solutions LLC, we provide community-based support, independent living assistance, family and peer support, resource navigation, re-entry support, and pathways toward stability and independence.

Our living-solutions company provides structured, home-like independent living and individualized support for people working toward stability and self-sufficiency. Services include independent living support, resource and housing navigation, family and peer support, re-entry assistance, and community-based services.
